Ociel’s Project: A Modern Facade Defined by Contrast and Clarity

#FURNITURE AND LIGHTNING #LUXURY #NEHMATDAGHER

Ociel’s Project features a facade that reflects contemporary design principles—minimalism, contrast, and vertical emphasis. The structure is clad in light ivory-toned stone, offering a clean and uniform texture that softens the scale of the building while ensuring long-term durability and weather resistance.

The facade not only contributes to the building’s visual identity but also enhances performance—supporting natural light access, thermal efficiency, and low maintenance over time.

Dark aluminum frames and recessed glass elements introduce sharp contrast and depth, accentuating the vertical rhythm of the design. The grand entrance, marked by bold geometric lines and a double-height opening, reinforces the architectural clarity and creates a strong urban presence at street level.
The A.A. Project is a case study in contemporary luxury where porcelain slabs are not just decorative but architectural, thanks to a careful selection of materials like Patagonia and Calacatta Imperial.
