The Kfor Project embraces minimalism through clean geometry, neutral tones, and carefully selected materials that highlight the purity of form. The facade is composed of large-format panels in a soft white-beige tone, arranged in a staggered grid that gives subtle depth and texture without ornamentation. 

Kfor stands as an example of modern residential architecture where form follows function with quiet sophistication.

Dark window frames and recessed openings offer a striking contrast, emphasizing verticality and structure while maintaining visual calm. The rear elevation introduces black cladding volumes and timber-like ceiling louvers, adding warmth and natural rhythm to the otherwise restrained design.
